Quick sketch and paint - Tiger Woods

I can't believe I have never drawn him. Well here is my first attempt. As always, now that I see it I have a lot of adjustments to make. Hope you like.

Quick sketch and paint - Joe Lieberman

Happy Birthday Mr. Lieberman. Here is a lunch and paint that I started and finished up more then I thought I would. All total, a little over an hour and a half.

Quick sketch and paint - Gordon Brown

Well, this sketch and paint was kinda odd because I have never really seen this guy before I started to look for pictures of him. It's very sad because he is the Prime Minister of England. Hey, I have 2 kids and work full time so I don't stay up on my current events or people....unless it's sports related. I like the painting so far but I think I made him bigger then what he actually is.

Quick sketch and paint - ARod

I haven't painted in a while so I thought I would have a go at A Roid. Like the direction it is going...now I need to actually finish it someday.

John C. Reilly - cont'd

Just got another half hour in on it.

Quick sketch and paint - john c reilly

Just saw the movie Step Brothers and had to draw him. Started this today and have about an hour into it. Tried to block in a lot of the color. This guy has a great face to try and get down.

Updated - Thompson

Here is the latest on Ted Thompson, the GM of the Green Bay Packers.

WIP - Thompson

This guy just needs to be drawn. I'm a Packers fan but he gets on my nerves. Started this today at lunch, so about an hour of work. Just trying to keep fresh.

WIP - Macy

Here is my first attempt at the great actor William H Macy. He has had some awesome roles. Hopefully I'll get around to finishing this.

Updated Reese

I've tweaked her chin and a few other things so now I can go back in and tighten it up.

Quick sketch and paint - (Reese)

Here is my quick sketch and paint...about an hour, of the lovely Reese Witherspoon. I might actually try to finish this one. I like the start.

Quick sketch and paint - Clooney

Here is the Clooney I start at lunch today...about 1 hour. Got most of the color blocked in and need to sharpen and fine tune the details someday.

WIP - Soul Man

Here is my go at "The Godfather of Soul"...Mr. James Brown. I have ab0ut an hour or so into this but still need a lot more. Not very stretched but I like the direction it's going.

WIP - Cross

Started this yesterday...it's of Comedian/Actor David Cross...still a long ways to go but it is getting there. About 2 hours into it.

WIP - Jackson

Started this Samuel Jackson yesterday...have about 2 hours into it. Need to refine things a lot...like the teeth. Long ways to go.

Updated - November 17th...still needs sometweeking..

WIP - Coach McCarthy

Not that well known but being some sports nuts might know him....still need to tweak it a little.

Michael Cera - SuperBad

Just a quick 1 hour sketch and paint. Used the greenish hue throughout the painting. Not sure how successful it was but it was fun.

Finally another post.!

Here is a Monroe and a friend of mine, Louie.

This was a quick sketch and paint. About an hours worth.

Coach K

Just started this piece...go team USA.

Beansprouts Birthday

I did a gig for a health food restaurant that caters to kids called BeanSprouts. Neat place and they have a lot of great ideas to get little kids to eat healthy. Only have a few pics...too busy to take any. Here are the few I could take.
